This wallet already has a hypr account (-). Your API wallet is live.
Have you set up an API wallet yet?
You need an API wallet to trade with hypr.
Do you have a crypto wallet with USDC?
MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet, and the like.
Connect your self-custodial wallet
Connect your wallet, same as connecting to Uniswap or any dApp. We'll read your address, show your Hyperliquid balance, then ask you to authorize trade-only access.
Connecting shares only your public wallet address. hypr never sees your seed phrase or private key, and connecting by itself authorizes nothing.
No, connecting only allows hypr to read your account.
Connection cancelled. You closed the wallet prompt, so nothing happened. Tap Connect wallet to try again.
Paste your Hyperliquid wallet address
Paste the address of your Hyperliquid account. We read your balance, then you sign approveAgent to spin up a trade-only API wallet on it.
Enter a valid Hyperliquid address: 0x followed by 40 hex characters.
Find it on app.hyperliquid.xyz: tap the account dropdown at the top right, then the copy icon. Do NOT use the address from the Deposit window - that is a deposit-only address, not your account.
Yes. An address is public; it only lets hypr read your balance. Nothing is authorized until you sign approveAgent in the next step.
It spins up a trade-only API wallet on your account. hypr can place and cancel orders, and can never withdraw or move your funds.
No Hyperliquid account found at this address. Check to make sure your address is correct and there are no extra spaces and try again.
Checking your Hyperliquid balance
Confirming your account has USDC to trade with.
Fund your Hyperliquid account
Hyperliquid needs USDC in your account before it can authorize an API wallet. Use Hyperliquid's own Deposit window - it accepts USDC from Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, and Polygon (minimum 5 USDC, small bridge fee).
Open app.hyperliquid.xyz and log in
Tap Deposit (top right) and follow its window
Send only USDC, only on a network that window lists
Come back here and check your balance
The deposit address in Hyperliquid's window is NOT your account address. Never paste that deposit address into hypr - your account address lives in the account dropdown at the top right of Hyperliquid (tap the copy icon there).
Deposits below 5 USDC, other tokens, or unlisted networks are lost - Hyperliquid's window states the rules.
Exchanges like Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, OKX, and Bybit make it easy to send USDC on the supported networks.
Create your API wallet
Your account is funded and ready. Create a trade-only API wallet on Hyperliquid, then paste its keys here.

USDC on Hyperliquid$0
Steps
Go to Hyperliquid > Portfolio > API Wallet
Create a new API wallet (trade-only permissions)
Copy wallet address, API key, and API secret to a note
Approve the wallet on Hyperliquid
Come back here
You will see your API key only once before you approve, then it is gone forever. Copy all three values to a password manager or a quick note first, then paste them here.
Keys are encrypted AES-128-CBC on the server, decrypted only at trade execution, then discarded. Worst case an attacker cannot withdraw your funds; the API wallet does not have that permission.
Place and manage trades, and view the account. It can never withdraw or transfer your funds, and you can remove it on Hyperliquid's API page anytime.
Authorize hypr on Hyperliquid
Your account is funded and ready. hypr prepares a trade-only API wallet and shows its address; you authorize it on Hyperliquid, where your login lives. No keys to copy - and the name you give it on Hyperliquid becomes your hypr account name.

It approves a trade-only API wallet on your account. hypr can place and cancel orders, and can never withdraw or move your funds.
hypr generated the API wallet and holds its key encrypted. You only approve its ADDRESS on Hyperliquid - a public value - so nothing sensitive ever passes through your clipboard.
Approve hypr to trade
By tapping "Sign approveAgent" below, you are generating an API wallet in your Hyperliquid account and giving hypr permission to execute trades on it.

Confirming your agent approval on-chain. This takes a few seconds.
Final step
Secure your account with a passkey (Face ID / Touch ID). New to hypr? Create one. Already use hypr on this device? Sign in and this account joins your others.
Passkeys (Face/Fingerprint ID) can't be created inside a wallet browser. Copy/paste this link into Safari or Chrome, setup your passkey and you'll land inside hypr.run.

Wallet Hygiene

Set 2FA up in HL, then use hypr.run easily for trading with enhanced security.
Never share your passphrase or API keys.
Heads up: this account has no USDC. Hyperliquid prunes the API wallet until the account is funded, so add USDC before trading. Fund now
Connect your wallet
Connect your wallet, same as connecting to Uniswap or any dApp. We'll read your address, show your Hyperliquid balance, then ask you to authorize trade-only access.

This wallet does not support Arbitrum, so it cannot fund Hyperliquid to trade on an API wallet. Copy/Paste the link in a new browser to sign up with email.
Your wallet and your Hyperliquid account share the same address. You move USDC from the wallet side onto Hyperliquid, then authorize a trade-only API wallet to trade with hypr.run.
Your wallet app will stop showing the balance once it moves onto Hyperliquid; you'll see it in hypr and on Hyperliquid instead. Withdraw anytime in the Hyperliquid app and it returns right here to your wallet. hypr can never withdraw or move your funds.
